For pre-planning we each divded the tasks after deciding what was needed and Barry created the call sheet.

For extra messaure, he has included time of the meetings and the location (to accompany the call log), which will also be on the shedcule for the next 13 weeks of what, where, who and how we are doing things for our project.
This is particularly useful to use if we have to change antyhing mid project (which we should not) if some error were to arrise, such as the knife subject I picked up, we may have to get some sort of replacement for use.
